Jude Stamp has been an active member since 2007. Jude has considerable experience both as a consumer and as a worker in the mental health system. She has facilitated gender sensitivity training for acute inpatient unit staff and has completed a Victoria-wide study into what makes women feel safe or unsafe when receiving care in inpatient units. Jude has a Degree in Human Services and spent ten years as a Consumer Consultant for Southern Health, an important part of which was developing groups for consumers in the community.
She believes passionately in the right of consumers to play an active part in the care they receive.
